Kung Fu Yi-Fu began in 1953 with one simple dream and a whole lot of determination. In the basement of his home, a grandfather named Cheng Landon started designing and sewing clothing by hand. With limited resources but unlimited passion, he worked tirelessly to create high-quality garments that people could wear with confidence and pride.
Every piece was carefully made by Cheng himself. When the clothing was finished, he brought it to local markets to sell to members of his community. He believed that clothing should not only look good, but also feel comfortable, last a long time, and be made with honesty and care.
As time went on, more and more people discovered the quality and heart behind Kung Fu Yi-Fu. What started as a small family project slowly grew into a trusted brand built on dedication, craftsmanship, and strong family values.
Today, Kung Fu Yi-Fu continues to honor Cheng Landon’s legacy. Although we have expanded beyond a basement workshop, we remain committed to the same principles that started it all hard work, creativity, quality, and respect for our customers.
